Welcome to The Aurora Foundation

 The Aurora Foundation is a charitable arm of Aurora Training Ltd, a training organisation that focuses on corporate and personal development.  The Aurora Foundation was founded and launched by Nicola Cook in October 2007 and aims to raise £100,000 within the next three years for charitable organisations within the region.

The Aurora Foundation works in partnership with the County Durham Foundation and provides funds for much needed projects in our region.  The purpose of the Foundation is to support and raise funds for local organisations and projects who engage with young people in the Derwentside area, creating an environment which will allow them to develop and present them with some of the opportunities that are not readily available to them.  We give our support to the organisations that help develop the young people by educating them and raising their aspirations and self worth.
